Housing
A block of rooms has been secured for IPTA Congress attendees at the Ceylan Intercontinental Istanbul hotel at the discounted group rate 185 Euro. The rate is per night for a single/double occupancy room and includes breakfast but does not include porterage or taxes.
Reservations must be made by Wednesday, April 1, 2009 to receive the group rate. After this date, rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation
A cancellation fee will be valid for all cancellations received after 15 March 2009 or if the room is not occupied on the advised date of arrival.
