Benefits of Support
- Introduce new products and services to key physicians and surgeons who are leaders in the field of pediatric transplantation

- All suppporters will receive recognition at the biennial Congress in the on-site program, on the Web site and through signage at the event
Opportunities
Post-Graduate Course • $25,000
The Post-Graduate Course, “Fundamentals of Pediatric Transplantation,” will be held as an all-day event Saturday, March 17. There will be no other parallel or competing sessions. It is extremely well attended by conference participants as a lead-in to the main program.
Scientific Sessions • $10,000/Plenary Sessions $5,000/Parallel Sessions
This is an opportunity to become part of the official program by supporting a scientific session. IPTA offers these slots to organizations that wish to support and/or demonstrate their scientific contribution to the field.
Internet Café • $10,000
Attendees will thank this supporter for the convenience of a practical Internet connection. In addition to the standard Congress acknowledgement noted above, this supporter will also be given the right to place their screensaver on each computer screen in the Café.
Abstracts Online • $15,000
Support is being sought for an online accompaniment to the abstract book that will allow attendees to search for abstracts using a variety of online searchable criteria. This support opportunity includes Internet hosting and management for one year of the searchable database. The supporter’s logo will remain on the IPTA abstract site for the year.
On-site Mini-program • $15,000
All Congress attendees receive an on-site mini-program which provides details on the scientific program and other Congress events/information. The company that supports this item will have the opportunity to place a full page ad on the back cover and another ad on either the inside front or back cover.
Conference Bags • $12,000
The Congress bag, carried throughout the meeting and afterwards, will be distributed to all participants and contains all Congress publications. The supporter will participate in the selection of the bags and their printed design. The supporter’s logo will be printed on the bag with the Congress logo.
Conference Lanyards • $5,000
Conference lanyards hold the attendees’ badges and will be distributed to all participants. The supporter’s logo will be printed on the lanyards with the conference logo.
Refreshment Breaks • $2,000 per break
Each day at least one refreshment break will be offered between scientific sessions. During this time, Congress participants may relax and visit the exhibits. Refreshment breaks will be located in the exhibition area.
Room Key Sleeve • $5,000
Provide customized hotel key card sleeves distributed to all registered IPTA Biennial Congress guests and build name recognition for your company, product or exhibit space. Supporter name/logo and brief promotional message will be imprinted on one side of the key card sleeve (subject to IPTA approval).
Congress Bag Inserts
Promotional materials may be inserted in the Congress bags that will be distributed to all participants.
Writing Pads – $3,000
Receive prominent exposure by providing all delegates with writing pads. The IPTA Congress logo and the logo of the supporter will be placed on the front of the pad.
Pens – $2,000
Each attendee will receive an attractive writing instrument with the IPTA Congress logo as well as the logo of the supporter.
Bag Inserts – $1,000
This item is available to companies wishing to obtain costeffective exposure at the Congress. Organizations can place a brochure or similar item into the delegate meeting bags up to a maximum of four double-sided pages.
